Turn on the Formuler box and open MyTVOnline, which comes pre-installed.

Open Settings (or Menu), then Portal Settings, then Add Portal.

Give the portal any name (for example BestIPTVforUSA) and choose Xtream Codes API as the login type.

Having issues?
Video keeps buffering
Check your internet speed: 4K needs a fast, steady connection. Switch to FHD or HD on slower networks, or restart your router.
Channels won’t load
Check the server URL, username and password for typos. They are case-sensitive, so type them again carefully.
The app is frozen
Close the app and open it again. If it still freezes, restart the device, then open the app.
The app won’t activate
Email your device ID and key screenshot again and we will reactivate it straight away.
No TV guide
Give it a few minutes after the first sign-in, then refresh the EPG in the app’s settings.
Clear the cache
On Android, Fire TV and Google TV, open Settings, Apps, your player app and choose Clear cache. Your login stays.

The first app shown for your device is the one we recommend. All of them work with your subscription; the differences are price, look and how you sign in.
Are the player apps free?
IPTV Smarters, Smarters Player Lite and VLC are free. TiviMate has a free version and a Premium upgrade; IBO Player Pro and Hot Player have a free trial, then a license paid to their developer, separate from your plan.
Why do I need Downloader on a Fire TV?
Some player apps are not in the Amazon Appstore. Downloader is a free Appstore app that installs them for you; you only allow it once in Developer Options.
How long does setup take?
Five to ten minutes on most devices. The TV guide can take a few extra minutes to fill in the first time.
Can I use one subscription on several devices?
Yes. Install a player on as many devices as you like; your plan sets how many play at the same time, from 1 to 6.
My device isn’t listed. Can I still watch?
Usually, yes: any device that runs a player with Xtream Codes or M3U works. Tell support your device model and we will suggest an app.
