DMCA and copyright notices

How to report material you believe infringes your copyright, how we review it and how to respond to a notice. Last updated October 31, 2026.

Our policy

BestIPTVforUSA respects intellectual property rights and follows the notice-and-takedown process of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. If you believe that material available through our service infringes a copyright you own, or one you are authorized to act for, tell us so we can look into it and act. Clear and complete notices are handled fastest.

How to send a notice

A complete notice contains four groups of information:

1. Your contact details

  • Your full legal name.
  • Your email address and phone number.
  • Your postal address.

2. The copyrighted work

  • Identify the work you believe has been infringed.
  • Describe it clearly enough for us to understand your claim.

3. Where the material appears

  • Describe where the material appears in our service, as precisely as you can.
  • Include any details that help us find it: titles, dates and times, web addresses or other identifiers.

4. The required statements

  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

How we review it

  1. You send the notice with all the information above.
  2. We check it for completeness and validity. If something is missing, we ask you for it, which can delay the review.
  3. We act on valid notices promptly: we disable access to the reported material where we can, pass the notice to the provider concerned and, where appropriate, inform the account holder. Accounts that infringe repeatedly are closed.

False claims

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing can be held liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. If you are not sure that the material infringes your rights, consider asking a lawyer before you send a notice.

Counter-notices

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include:

  • your name, postal address, phone number and email address;
  • the material that was removed or disabled, and where it appeared before;
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith that it was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification;
  • your consent to the jurisdiction of the US federal district court for the district where your address is located (or, if you live outside the United States, any judicial district where BestIPTVforUSA may be found), and your agreement to accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent;
  • your physical or electronic signature.
