Check your internet speed: 4K needs a fast, steady connection. Switch to FHD or HD on slower networks, or restart your router.
Channels won’t load
Check the server URL, username and password for typos. They are case-sensitive, so type them again carefully.
The app is frozen
Close the app and open it again. If it still freezes, restart the device, then open the app.

Is there a TiviMate app for PC?
Not an official one. TiviMate runs on Android only. On a PC, use IBO Player.
