How do I log in to IPTV Smarters?

Choose “Login with Xtream Codes API”, then enter any name for the profile and the server URL, username and password from your welcome email, exactly as written. Smarters loads live TV, movies, series and the guide in a minute or two. On Apple devices the app is Smarters Player Lite in the App Store.
On Android, Fire TV, Windows and Mac, its developer’s download site and its Google Play listing no longer respond (checked October 2026). Do not install copies from APK sites or look-alike apps; use TiviMate, IBO Player Pro or ELK Player instead, which sign in with the same subscription. If Smarters Pro is already installed on your device, the login steps above are the same.
IPTV Smarters is a player only: it sells no subscription of its own. If an error says the login failed or failed to authorize, the details were typed wrong, the subscription has expired, or the server address is missing its “http://” part.

Quick fixes for the problems people hit most.
Video keeps buffering
Check your internet speed: 4K needs a fast, steady connection. Switch to FHD or HD on slower networks, or restart your router.
Channels won’t load
Check the server URL, username and password for typos. They are case-sensitive, so type them again carefully.
The app is frozen
Close the app and open it again. If it still freezes, restart the device, then open the app.
The app won’t activate
Email your device ID and key screenshot again and we will reactivate it straight away.
Why does IPTV Smarters say “failed to authorize”?
Usually a typo in the username, password or server URL (they are case-sensitive), an expired line, or a missing http:// in the URL. Retype the login from your welcome email; if it still fails, contact support.
Is IPTV Smarters Pro free?
Yes. The app is free; you only need an IPTV subscription to sign in to.
What is the difference between Smarters Pro and Smarters Player Lite?
Smarters Player Lite is the version for iPhone, iPad and Apple TV. It signs in the same way.
Is IPTV Smarters on Roku?
No. On a Roku, use Hot Player or one of the other options on our Roku page.
Can I still get IPTV Smarters Pro on a Firestick?
Not from an official source: its Downloader code pointed to the developer’s site, which no longer responds (checked October 2026). Install TiviMate, IBO Player Pro or ELK Player instead.
