Quick fixes for the problems people hit most.
Video keeps buffering
Check your internet speed: 4K needs a fast, steady connection. Switch to FHD or HD on slower networks, or restart your router.
Channels won’t load
Check the server URL, username and password for typos. They are case-sensitive, so type them again carefully.
The app is frozen
Close the app and open it again. If it still freezes, restart the device, then open the app.
The app won’t activate
Email your device ID and key screenshot again and we will reactivate it straight away.
What is the best Android TV box for IPTV?
Any box with a recent Android TV or Google TV version, at least 2 GB of memory and an Ethernet port. Certified Google TV devices get app updates the longest.
Can I still install IPTV Smarters Pro on Android?
Its developer’s download site and its Google Play listing no longer respond (checked October 2026), so we no longer list it. TiviMate, IBO Player Pro and ELK Player sign in with the same subscription.
Can I record shows on Android?
TiviMate Premium can record to the device’s storage or a USB drive. Other players vary.
Does it work on a Chromecast?
Chromecast with Google TV runs the apps directly. Older Chromecasts without a remote only receive casts from your phone.
My box is not certified. Will it work?
