How does IBO Player Pro activation work?

IBO Player Pro identifies each TV or device by a device ID (shown as a MAC address) and a device key. You send both to us with your order email; we add your playlist to that device, usually within minutes, and you restart the app. If the playlist does not load, see IBO Player not working. The developer’s site is iboplayer.com.
The app has a 7-day free trial, then costs about $8 once for lifetime use on that device, paid to its developer. It runs on Fire TV, Samsung and LG TVs, Android, iPhone, Apple TV and computers.
IBO Player Pro is the app we recommend on Samsung and LG smart TVs. Send your device ID during the free trial and we activate it the same way.

Quick fixes for the problems people hit most.
Video keeps buffering
Check your internet speed: 4K needs a fast, steady connection. Switch to FHD or HD on slower networks, or restart your router.
Channels won’t load
Check the server URL, username and password for typos. They are case-sensitive, so type them again carefully.
The app is frozen
Close the app and open it again. If it still freezes, restart the device, then open the app.
The app won’t activate
Email your device ID and key screenshot again and we will reactivate it straight away.
Where do I find the IBO Player device ID and key?
On the app’s first screen, and in its settings. Take a photo of the screen and send it to support.
Is the IBO Player license included in my plan?
No. The app’s license is paid to its developer, once per device. Your BestIPTVforUSA plan covers the subscription.
Can I add the playlist myself?
Yes, on the IBO Player website with your device ID and key, but we do it for you in minutes if you send them.
IBO Player shows “no playlist”.
Restart the app after we confirm activation. If it is still empty, send us a new photo of the device ID screen.
