TiviMate is a player app for Android TV, Google TV, Fire TV and Android phones. It has no channels: it shows yours, from your BestIPTVforUSA login, in a full program guide with favorites and catch-up.
The free version plays everything. TiviMate Premium (about $10 a year or $35 lifetime, for up to 5 devices, paid to the developer through the TiviMate Companion app) adds recording, several playlists, custom channel groups and guide tweaks. On the Fire TV home screen, search for the free Downloader app (orange icon) in the Amazon Appstore and install it.

- Open Settings, then My Fire TV, then About.
- Highlight your device’s name at the top and press the select button 7 times quickly, until a message confirms Developer Options are on.

Quick fixes for the problems people hit most.
Video keeps buffering
Check your internet speed: 4K needs a fast, steady connection. Switch to FHD or HD on slower networks, or restart your router.
Channels won’t load
Check the server URL, username and password for typos. They are case-sensitive, so type them again carefully.
The app is frozen
Close the app and open it again. If it still freezes, restart the device, then open the app.
The app won’t activate
Email your device ID and key screenshot again and we will reactivate it straight away.
Is TiviMate free?
Yes, the basic version is free. Premium is optional and paid to TiviMate’s developer, not to us.
How do I activate TiviMate Premium?
Install the TiviMate Companion app on an Android phone, buy Premium there, then sign in to the same account in TiviMate on your TV.
Should I add the playlist with Xtream Codes or M3U?
Xtream Codes. It loads the guide and the on-demand library automatically and is easier to type than a long M3U link.
Does TiviMate work on iPhone, Roku or Samsung TVs?
No. It runs on Android devices only, including Fire TV. Use IBO Player Pro or Smarters Player Lite on other devices.
TiviMate shows “HTTP data source exception”.
