Privacy policy

What we collect, why, who helps us run the service, and your choices. Last updated October 31, 2026.

This policy explains how BestIPTVforUSA, 2428 Castillo St, Ste D, Santa Barbara, CA 93105, United States, handles your personal information when you visit this website, start a free trial, order a plan or contact support. By using the service, you accept this policy. Our terms and conditions cover the rest of the service.

1. What we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details: your name, email address and, if you enter it, your phone number.
  • Order details: the plan, the number of screens, the payment method you choose, your order history and your subscription dates.
  • Device details: the type of device you watch on and, for a MAG box or an app activated by device, its MAC address or device ID, which we need to activate your login.
  • Messages: what you send to support by email, contact form or chat, including any attachment such as a payment confirmation.

Information collected automatically

  • Technical data: your IP address, the country it points to, your browser and device type. We use them to show prices and setup steps for your country, to stop abuse such as repeated trials or spam, and to keep the service secure.
  • Website usage: the pages you view, how long you stay and where you click, through the cookies and analytics tools described in section 5.

We do not record what you watch. Payment card details are entered on the payment provider’s secure page and never reach our servers.

2. How we use it

  • To create and deliver your trial or subscription, activate your device and send your login.
  • To process payments and refunds, and to keep records of orders.
  • To answer support requests and help you set up your device.
  • To send emails about your order and your subscription, such as its end date. We may also send offers about renewing or extending your plan; every one of these has an unsubscribe link.
  • To protect the service and our subscribers against fraud and abuse, and to enforce our terms.
  • To understand how the website is used and improve it.
  • To meet legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We share it only when needed:

  • Service providers who run parts of the service for us, under their own security and privacy commitments: website and application hosting (Vercel), our database (Neon), email delivery (Brevo), payment processing (Stripe for cards and wallets, NOWPayments for crypto), spam protection on our forms (Cloudflare Turnstile), internal order and support notifications (Telegram), and website analytics (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity).
  • To comply with the law, for example in response to a valid legal request.
  • To protect our rights, our subscribers or the public, for example to prevent fraud.
  • If the business changes hands, for example in a merger or sale, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

4. Where it is stored and for how long

Your information is stored by the providers above, mainly in the United States; email delivery can involve servers in the European Union. We keep it while your account is active and afterwards as long as needed for support, refunds, accounting and legal obligations. Backups are kept for 14 days. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see section 7).

5. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar storage to make the website work, for example to keep you signed in to your account, to remember your chat with support and to protect forms against bots.

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the website: which pages are viewed, how long visits last, and where people click or scroll. Clarity also produces heatmaps and recordings of website visits, and it masks what you type in form fields. Google and Microsoft process this usage and device data under their own policies, the Google Privacy Policy and the Microsoft Privacy Statement. We use it only to improve the website, not for advertising.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies can stop some features, such as signing in, from working.

6. How we protect it

Data travels over encrypted connections, access is limited to the people who need it to run the service, and our systems use passwords and secret keys that are never shared. No system is completely secure, so keep your login private and contact us if you think someone else is using it.

7. Your choices and rights

  • See, correct or delete the information we hold about you: email us from the address on your account.
  • Stop marketing emails with the unsubscribe link in any of them. Emails about an order you placed still arrive.
  • Manage cookies in your browser, as described in section 5.

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to ask for a copy, to correct it and to delete it, and the right not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of; we also honor Global Privacy Control signals. Residents of other states with similar laws can make the same requests. We answer within the time the law requires and may ask you to confirm your identity first.

8. Links to other websites

This website links to other websites, such as app stores and the sites of player app developers. Their own privacy policies apply there, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

9. Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service changes. The current version is always on this page, with its date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you already gave us, we will tell you by email.
